My research focuses on developing and characterizing high-performance β-Ga2O3 Schottky Barrier Diodes and MOSFETs, using various fabrication techniques and advanced tools. I have achieved a record high breakdown voltage of 8.03 kV for β-Ga2O3 lateral MOSFETs, and I am working on incorporating a current-blocking layer for vertical devices. I have also published multiple first-authored journal papers in this field. I have a strong background in electrical and computer engineering, with a master's degree from North Dakota State University and a bachelor's degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. I have acquired multiple skills and competencies in software and computational tools, circuit and device design, and hardware and experimental methods, as evidenced by my certifications and publications. I am proficient in C, C++, Python, MATLAB, Verilog, SILVACO, SCAPS, Cadence, and ADS, among others. I have also gained hands-on experience in using Ellipsometry, FIB-SEM, FESEM, EBL, ICP-RIE, PECVD, DC and RF Magnetron Sputtering, AFM, E- beam Evaporator, and Optical Microscope. I am eager to learn new things, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to the advancement of science and technology. I am also committed to promoting and celebrating the rich heritage of Bangladesh within the university community, as the secretary of the Graduate Bangladeshi Students Association.
