This involves the concept of decision tree building, off-line tuning, online-integrating and evaluation of commissioned controllers and fine-tuning for dynamic raw-material fluctuation. Previously, I expertise in the field of commissioning, troubleshooting of problem, analyze and implementation of corrective action to improve equipment performance and to achieve its potential capacity, and all the way to proving contract guaranteed fuel and power consumption figures with environmental norms. I also hold experience in implementation of retro-fit projects. As much as technical it may sound, I have learnt, this also requires unique skill to co-ordinate closely with client(s), and agreeing on a mutually beneficial way forward. Through these years I have worked closely with heavy weight market players such as RSPL, Dalmia Cement, J.K.Cement, UltraTechnCement to name a few.
