In 2023 we have re-organized PXT ACES into 3 pillars –a)Program Management(Global Products and Tool)/Products or Tools development(INOPS specific) for meeting the local needs, b)Process excellence (through continuous improvement) and c)PXT Analytics . In this role, she works closely with INOPS PXT leaders who are my end customers, Global PXT team across the US, APAC and LATAM . She has won several Org/National and APAC level accolades at PepsiCo and Amazon and believes in continuously raising the bar!
