As a result, I have acted in many of the leading reported cases and secured some of the largest verdicts in this country and globally in the areas of Defamation and related areas such as the protection of intrusion by the Media including Social Media ;(see for example Trkulka v Google Inc (No.5) [2012] VSC 533 ;Trkulja v Yahoo Inc [2012] VSC 68 (leading global authority for the proposition of the liability of Search Engines as "publishers" for the purpose of Defamation).
