I am incredibly proud of this achievement and can give you some insight into the journey to reach this point: • We started with a blank sheet and worked closely with the consultant team and main contractor to design a hotel space to meet the needs of our corporate client and achieve our strategic vision • I advised on all aspects of design to ensure an extremely efficient operational hotel that precisely met the needs of our target market. • I prepared the business plans, projections and sales and marketing plans for the owners/investors • I took complete responsibility for the recruitment of all employees, seeking individuals with a shared vision of excellence in customer experience • Assumed full operational responsibility for the hotel on opening In 2017 I oversaw the acquisition of the Peak Edge Hotel, managing the existing team and growing revenues.
