We need a shift from focusing on rehabilitation to focusing on habilitation, to help elderly to retain the mastery of their own lives for as long as possible. We must focus on abilities instead of disabilities. Welfare technology and motivation technology can help facilitate this. Another area of interest is how Information Technology can be used to facilitate and improve information sharing, work processes, human interaction and human computer interaction. As a result of this I've spent quite some time working with information modelling and semantic technologies on various levels (system design and architecture, programming, project management, papers, etc.), software development with web based technologies, working with people and work processes to identify and implement needed systems, and software tools for e-learning. Specialties: Leadership and management, strategy, business and market development, forging partnerships and alliances, organisational development, project development and management, sales, information modelling and semantic technologies, software design and development.
