I get my clients the best possible price if they are selling, and I get the lowest possible price with extras if buying. I completed the professional designations,of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and SRS (Sellers Representative specialist)Only 1% of all Realtors are GRI's, and even less are SRS's. This places me in a very small group of professional Agents. I also have completed most of 2 other professional designation and expect them to be completed by years end. I have been an Investments Adviser for more than 35 years. I opened Palm Harbor Capital many years ago with one simple motto, "Take the stress out of investments for my clients". Real estate is most peoples largest investment of their lives. They are in very good hands with me! I am the author of a fiction thriller called "Never A Sextant". It is a fast paced action adventure story. I am in the process of writing my second novel at this time. I find the entire writing process very relaxing and stimulating. I am also a husband, father of two great kids and a grandfather. They are my world.
