Milliken & Co. acquired Achter and he relocated to Viersen in Germany to take financial control of the Achter Group. He was promoted to European Controller of the Milliken Automotive Division including the Achter Group with responsibilities for subsidiaries in Germany, Spain, UK and additionally, Brazil. In 2006 he joined Cubus Lux Plc, an AIM listed company with both residential and commercial construction operations in the Leisure and Tourism industry in South Eastern Europe as Financial Consultant, progressing to Finance Director and Company Secretary. He relocated to Croatia working in Austria, Montenegro and Croatia, interacting at the highest Ministerial levels. In addition to general management, Steve was responsible for London Stock Exchange compliance, Investor Relations, PR, relationship with Nominated Advisors and all banks. He was appointed as CFO and Executive Director of PremFina Limited in 2013, with further responsibilities including Business Development and Compliance. Steve left this position after contributing to a successful PE exit. Steve is also Interim CFO of Fineqia International Inc., a financial services company in Canada. Fineqia International Inc. is listed on the OTC Market in Canada, the United States marketplace and the Frankfurt Exchange.
