That was in June 2017. Following our first meeting, we managed to discuss, agreed and hand shake on a deal. I have since been the owner of Premier1 Filtration Ltd and have made an additional acquisition of the business interests of Merit Processing, along with long time employee/engineering manager, Mr John Green. Merit was the machine manufacturing business, for which P1F had been the sales arm. It simply made sense. That company was renamed Merlin Filtration Ltd and is continuing to design, develop and add to the range of filter machines, for the catering sector and the industrial frying sector.
