Stephen Richardson is a As a board-certified psychiatrist, Dr. Richardson helps patients of various ages and backgrounds achieve mental wellness. He obtained his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his psychiatry residency at University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he was elected Chief Resident and served in leadership and service groups. Dr. Richardson currently works at Psychological Associates, P.A., where he treats patients with depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD and various other conditions along the wide spectrum of mental health issues. He takes a holistic approach to his treatment and encourages his patients to be actively involved in their journey. He is also a clinical professor for FSU College of Medicine, where he precepts medical students and physician assistant students. He is passionate about staying up-to-date on current, evidence-based practice.
