I am committed to meeting cost, schedule and safety KPI’s believing in the mantra: Plan the Work, Work the Plan. I am a strong people leader and believe in a collaborative management approach tempered with a bit of humour. I bring polished communication skills that have helped me build strong relationships and teams. And in times of operational crisis, I have remained calm and professional, developing solutions to extinguish the “fires”.
