Stephen Hall is a I am an engaged, versatile and experienced leader who has specialized in developing expertise across the service delivery lifecycle. l have managed Service Operations, IT Infrastructure and IT Platform teams across a number of Government agencies and in the last five years have been a consultant on service and product management as well as agile and product delivery coaching. I am a qualified ITIL Version 4 Managing Professional and have extensive experience across service management disciplines including service strategy, service design, service transition and service operations. In recent years I’ve focused on Product Management and Ownership and particularly implementing service management toolsets e.g. ServiceNow, Cherwell and the maturity of core service management practices e.g. incident, problem, change, service level management. I’m an advocate of continual service improvement to ensure business and user satisfaction are enhanced. Continual service improvement is important in delivering business value and I have significant experience in utilising agile methodologies to build on an initial minimum viable product to ensure new products continue to deliver business value. I have a strong understanding of products and services and have specialized in service catalogue development and linking business services, user services and technical services to ensure that IT can be responsive to evolving business needs. I pride myself on being able to build strong relationships, communicate effectively and deliver business value in complex business environments.
