While there, I worked with Cisco Call Manager, Shoretel, and 3COM VOIP Systems. Even though I am very familiar with all aspects of hardware and software used by the automotive industries, I have now shifted over to the Medical side of IT. I now work for Community Health Systems as an Associate Engineer on the Exchange Team, prior to being a Service Desk Analyst. Here, I have become more profound with the AS400 system. Also here, I use the very popular Remedy system for ticketing. I am familiar with Cerner, Mckesson products, and HMS. I utilize RDP applications such as Dameware, SCCM Console, and Join.me to remote in and fix any corporate or home-based issues coders, doctors, or nurses may have as well. Now that I am on the exchange team, I stay focused in Active Directory. We work with Service Now on tickets daily and have a very supportive team. I worked with the L3 team often to assist with adding users and PC's to new groups and containers and deleting pc's and adding them with corp wireless access in the Active Roles Server. My goal in life isn't to be in IT. My goal in life is to simply find something I love, excel at, and lets me live comfortably. I want to work with goal-oriented people with positive attitudes that become contagious. Whether it's IT, Sales, or anything else, I am capable of learning or excelling in whatever I get into. I am called the "note taker" for a reason. I am very structured with notes and that allows me to further help others.
