As Senior Learning Consultant, my role involves analysis, design, development and delivery of learning solutions for Thomson Reuters Enterprise Products. Solutions are delivered to best-practice industry standards and based on business requirements thus ensuring commercial objectives are achieved. My role is to ensure that Global Services and Support staff acquire the learning & development necessary to perform their roles.
