Samples are provided for customer Engineering tests on the vehicle which include: EHPS, EPS, C-EPS with manual steering racks, P-EPS We are working with EV (Electric Vehicle) / Hybrid Vehicle Builders / Vehicle Conversion Specialists (ICE – Internal Combustion Engine to EV – Electric Vehicle) in the USA, India, Germany and around the world, who are assembling up to 25,000 vehicles per year. Larger volumes and multiple (projects) models can now be accommodated at the same time. We are expanding into new and existing geographical markets Steering system types available: - 1) EHPS electric/hydraulic power steering pump with a hydraulic steering rack. 2) EPS steering rack 3) C-EPS. This system has a power assistance unit, torque sensor, and controller all connected to the steering column 4) P-EPS. The power assistance unit is connected to the steering gear’s pinion shaft and is often more suitable to smaller vehicles 5) Power steering systems in development to suit a wider range of vehicles, includes larger EHPS unit with higher power output, higher flow rate & pressure rating.
