My digestion took a nose dive too and my liver was in desperate need of detoxification. The doctors had no answers for me – and barely even asked any questions. Their “solution” was to put me back on the birth control pill. Not willing to go down that road again, I followed my passion for nutrition and went back to school to learn everything I could to heal my body. While my health journey continues today, I am now nearly free of my painful hormonal imbalance symptoms – symptoms synonymous with endometriosis. I no longer have painful, mid-cycle periods. My acne is nearly non-existent. My anxiety and stress are (mostly) under control. My digestion has improved substantially – I can enjoy foods again that I once had to avoid! Best of all, I found energy and motivation that I hadn’t experienced in years! My goal, as a Holistic Nutritionist, is to educate and, most importantly, empower women – just like you – to make healthy nutrition and lifestyle choices so that you too can live a life of vitality, hormonal harmony and free of pain. Aside from being a passionate Holistic Nutritionist, I am a proud mama to two beautiful girls – Naiya and Avyana – who have taught me invaluable life lessons. I am forever grateful to them both for I would not be where I am today without them.
