Stephanie Rojas Email & Phone Number | In each job that I have held over the past 11 years of employment I have pursued each position with one question in mind: is my service making a difference? Whether I was sitting before a customer who had an elevated account issue in which needed to be sorted or stood next to my boss at a white board mapping out how we where going to properly schedule out 6 men to run sound and lighting for a three thousand person conference; I went home at the end of the day knowing that I had given my all to the task that lay before me and that I truly thrived when I had a vision to serve. A large majority of the positions I served in where those of customer service; assessing the customers need, creating a plan that would be beneficial to the customer as well as my employer, and then executing said plan to provide a satisfactory solution. I sought out for roles where I could be apart of a team, playing off of each others strengths and picking up the load when a weakness would arise. Most importantly I found myself in the position of serving a manager or boss in whose vision I could buy into, make my own, and and devote my service into seeing come true. Over the past few years I have worked jobs that would allow the flexibility of a relocation as I searched for a place to lay down roots. As my searching has come to an end and I begin building my future in Southern California I have the desire to find a position at a company in which I can do the same. A place where I can bring my skill set and strengths to the table, an atmosphere that cultivates the growth of not only my position but of the knowledge base of which I hold, and a vision of those above me that I can believe in and serve. I am searching for a job in that I can answer, yes, my service is making a difference.
