My professional career is three-fold : in 1997, I started out working for The Bank of New York in Brussels where I handled customer relationships for institutional clients and investment fund managers (Gartmore, JPM). Three years later, I moved into the industrial sector joining Alstom and then Dassault Systèmes in Paris. I worked as business analyst and financial operations controler – focusing on monthly reporting, cost allocations, cash forecast, deploying a «cash for growth» methodology, following up on project deliverables,… Four years later, I entered the Corporate Treasury world, first in Frankfurt, then in Amsterdam and finally in Paris for a world-leader in the Seating and E-systems activities (Lear Corporation, n°151/Fortune 500). In 2011, the company decided to relocate the Treasury department from Amsterdam to Paris. I was in charge of transferring our existing activities in Paris, hiring new collegues and training them with our procedures to ensure the smooth transition and continuity of our processes. I currently manage a team of 2/3 people, covering a scope of 23 countries including 80 legal entities. Together we’re managing everything related to treasury to garanteeing proper working capital funding for our operations to perform their activities.
