It has taught me to work in high-pressure, critical situations and to manage stress effectively. I not only have experience in the healthcare industry but also in the education industry. Working with children at a children's home from newborn to 18 years of age has taught me the importance of organization and collaboration with others. It was an experience that was especially important in teaching me to be adaptable and flexible, as I not only worked with the children in a classroom setting but also completed administrative tasks and helped with the organization of events. I have also gained sales-related experience as a customer service representative. This industry is closely related to sales and has increased my understanding of the importance of customer relations, as well as the importance of generating revenue through upselling products. Being a customer service representative has also taught me the importance of accurate research in order to inform customers about the appropriate course of action needed to solve their problems. This experience also taught me the importance of not only being self-directed in my work but also coachable. Although formed in a different industry, I believe these skills are transferrable to sales. I am a self-directed dedicated worker who loves to learn. I believe I will thrive in the fast-paced ever-changing field of SaaS as a sales development representative.
