Stacey Saltzman Email & Phone Number | After earning a degree from The Tisch School of the Arts at New York University, Stacey Saltzman spent the following 8 years traveling the world as a successful costume designer and wardrobe supervisor for renowned companies such as Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, Mikhail Baryshnikov's White Oak Dance Project among others. She also was the assistant designer on award winning Sundance films, TadPole (Starring Sigourney Weaver, Jack Ritter & Bebe Neuwirth) & Camp (with guest appearance by Steven Sondheim). After gaining many accolades at a young age she was invited to join the prestigious United Scenic Artists Union, Local 829, for professional costume designers. This was a tremendous honor. After 10 years in costume design, Stacey decided she wanted to pivot into a more stable design profession, one that was local, based in New York. She was hired as a children's assistant fashion designer for Wear Me Apparel, by Jason Rabin, now the Chief Executive Officer & Director at Centric Brands in NYC. After assisting on many designer brands Stacey left to work as a Senior Designer at Jones New York for Jessica Simpson’s girls. She was hired back to Global Brands group as the Senior fashion designer for Tommy Hilfiger Girls and resided there for the next eight years before launching My Style Camp Inc., an after school design and sewing "camp experience" that teaches kids creative skillsets that they can use to express their own style. Stacey started My Style Camp to merge her love of art and fashion design with her love for teaching and helping others. My Style Camp uses fashion design as a vehicle to empower, build confidence and encourage inclusivity to students one style at a time!
