Make assortment products to allocate to the proper location type and be the consultant to the SME suppliers for launching new products to all CP Fresh Mart Stores (Bangkok & Upcountry) ! Making strategic planning to reach the target sales & margin ! Negotiating with vendors to gain the best offer with lowest cost ! Setting the Annual Trade Agreement to gain benefit for cooperate. ! Negotiating the lowest cost with vendors for promotion campaign ! Making strategic planning to reach the target sales & margin ! Analyzing the category health check for reviewing its performance ! Creating the revenue to the cooperate such as entry free and others income 10 million per month. ! Selecting the potential products for sales in all 7 eleven shops by determine the market trend and growth of each categories ! Determining the selling price include sales and demand forecasting, also in change of Supply Chain Management. ! Sourcing new products from oversea and developing new product with local suppliers for launching in all 7 eleven shops such as Exclusive and Private Brands In charge of Global Merchandizing (import new products); - Studying the market probability for new products development. - Price negotiating with oversea suppliers. ! Sales Presentation to introduce and propose new products to Committee board ! Strategic setting for product categories 2002-2003: Responsible for Snack Category. (Officer) ! Collecting and analyzing Snack category information to set sales strategies as well as product selection. ! Responsible for sales and gross margin for product categories and arranging space management on shelf for all 7 eleven shops. !
