Preparation & circulation of cost reports indicating commitments, expenditure incurred and cost variance/cost overruns reports to all project stockholders. III) Project Governance & Risk Management- 1. Follow up for Manufacturing & bought out ordering for updating respective stockholders. 2. Identify and assess project risks/opportunities & prepare risk register. 3. Prioritizing and tracking risk till they are mitigated. 4. Preparation project delay analysis. Recording & reporting them to all concerned stakeholders. 5. Plan and conduct project progress review meetings, formulate action plan. 6. Identification, maintaining and closing of issue log. 7. Preparation of project closing report and lesson learnt. IV)Fabrication, Erection and Alignment- 1.Inspection of fabrication for building and technological structure. 2. Certifying bill of material including I.C as per drawing; Billing; reconciling. 3. Modified drawing in consultation with designer and coordinating at site.
