Under my management, Kaminco sought to increase the scalability and efficiency of the organization and allow growth in multiple international markets. In doing so, I spearheaded the design and rollout of core platform services for the organization. Aptly named The “Core Business Management System” (CBMS) highly effective and specialized business units were spun up, consisting of top-tier sales teams, customer service teams, and category management with shared back office operations. As a high-value partner, Kaminco now played an integral part in driving product strategy and innovation with some of the world's most prominent global marine equipment, Shipyards and medium to large size vessel manufacturers. Continuing over 60 years of dedication to the Maritime business and International Shipping , focused on the industry's efficiency and balance between profitability and preserving the environment that gave birth to us all. Driven by passion and deep understanding of the fundamentals of International business pioneered in the introduction of LNG as marine fuel and Electric Marine propulsion. My CBMS management concept allowed me to expand and create additional success stories in Oil and Gas, Energy. Identifying a novice global need and the business opportunities that were emerging, I dedicated resources and in cooperation with a major American University, developed and patented the most diverse Drone Defense technology. My proven methodology in achieving Global business excellence, regardless of industry, empowers me to make my services available to the International markets while still exploring new opportunities and business challenges.
