Soren Ravn is a Since February 2022 I manage the Customer Success Management Teams in EMEA and APAC. Our goal is to drive success for our customers (including all verticals), increase customer satisfaction and maintain retention. From May 2019 to April 2022 I was in charge of the global Engagement Management team which served our largest enterprise customers in the Automotive industry. Our role was to coordinate and manage global and large consulting engagements including growing business development capabilities for our strategic business segment. During the period of November 2018 and April 2019 I was leading the EMEA Services organization responsible of the consultancy business and services delivery in the region managing a staff of 70+ consultants, project/program managers and senior managers. From February 2016 to October 2018 I worked for QAD Inc. as Engagement Manager for Global Strategic Accounts. My main responsibility was account management of strategic accounts coordinating areas within QAD being commercial, services, product or support related. Previously I worked for QAD as Program Manager being in charge of mayor international ERP implementation projects. Main responsibilities included planning, budgeting, scope management, resource management, risk management, communication management and procurement. I also participated in the sales process providing expertise and guidance of services engagement. Before returning to QAD I worked for 2 years as Program Manager at Zurich Insurance in the Center of Excellence of IT and Finance Services. As for personal aspects I consider myself responsible, organized, communicative and committed. High ability to lead, coordinate and motivate. I enjoy sports and begin every day with a nice morning run.
