My responsibilities include account and risk management via Credit Stewardship and telephony based enquiries ranging from balance enquiries to Chaps and Foreign payments. A key element of my role as a Senior Customer Advisor is to ensure I understand and meet my customer's needs on a daily basis by having quality conversations with my customers, and working closely with the Relationship Bank Managers to maintain the upkeep of successful Relationship Banking. It is paramount that I work with my team to enable us to meet our goals and to provide a smooth customer journey. As part of my role it is imperative I have a thorough understanding of our products and product knowledge. Treating customers fairly is a vital component within Relationship Banking and therefore it is my duty to offer a product which suits the individual's needs. Customer due dilligence is a fundamental component within my role, ensuring I keep a keen ear to spot potentially vulnerable customers and how I can find the right tools to help by offering support as a point of contact and someone they can trust.My responsibilities include prompt action in contacting a customer lead enquiry in order to ensure a good relationship and speedy appointment. Upon visiting the customer I discuss with them what they are interested in whether it is curtains, loose covers or reupholstery, and use my extensive product knowledge to help them find something suited to their needs and desires. Prior to ordering I spend time building a relationship with my customer and as a naturally positive and personable character I manage this fairly quickly. As I deal mainly in a customer's home, ensuring trust, a good customer relationship and customer satisfaction is just as vital a component within my role at Plumbs by getting to know the customer personally as well as professionally and communicating well with them throughout the order process and thereafter. Once they have chosen I then write out an order form, take a deposit, and then carefully measure the furniture or curtains. When the order is complete I contact the customer again to make a new appointment and proceed to fit the covers or hang the curtains whereby I then collect the remaining balance. Plumbs Specialises in - Made to Measure Loose Covers - Made to Measure Curtains and Blinds - Hand Tailored Loose Covers - Reupholstery As part of my role it is essential I know the full product range and what we can offer. When a customer chooses Loose Covers or Curtains it is part of my responsibility to ensure and provide accurate measurements in inches or millimetres (blinds). Along with an extensive product knowledge it is also within my role to know various styles of furniture, be able to understand my customer and sell to their needs. Many times a customer will ask advise on wallpaper and carpet choices; while this is not something Plumbs provide I have independently learnt for myself an element of interior design and colour coordination in order to help the customer feel satisfied and to make the most out of every sale.
