I did start working on the test table where my technical knowledge on the SS7 products became quite a must over time. After having passed an exam successfully, I did move to the CSC (Customer Support Center) Atlas France (now known as Globecast) in Paris. During two years, I have truly learned a lot of how to behave , deal and handle international customers. I did move afterwards to the CSPI (Centre Support Produits Internationaux), set downtown Paris, where my knowledge of customers was of a great deal. This is when I did start improving my technical knowledge of the networks, with success, by mainly focusing on the domestic and global networks. I therefore became polyvalent, since I am a result-oriented international-minded person, regardless of the domain. In that department, both my technical and customer knowledges made me increasingly useful for others as well as in many fields, such as of how to handle a video wall, the planned works, the technical front desk, the transmission / ip support, customer notifications, coordination of interventions, to mention some. I have gained a lot of technical skills and knowledge in these fields. However, my main goal is to share all my experiences and knowledges with any colleague of my company or another, and am always willing to give a hand, no matter what and whom. The CSPI has become the CSCIW (Center Support Clients International Wholesale, on 2002, after having moved in the very outskirts of Paris, and where I have been working up to date. Now, I am but working with the planned works only, mainly with international carriers / networks, where I am leading, motivating, conducting others of my own service and others.
