I have worked in the digital field for over five years. I am focusing on user-centred design in my Web and application creations. I currently work as a UI/UX designer at YourSystem s.r.o. UX and UI design is a field to which I am dedicating my career. In the past, I took on the role of a graphic designer in several projects, including the RE_SHAPED project, which took place in 2019-2020 and connected established Czech artists with "art uneducated" children. Its opening took place in 2020 in the Prague Invalidovna. Recently I ended my collaboration with fashion brand UltraVagant, where I took on a role as a creative director. In addition to the skills mentioned above, I have experience managing and implementing innovative, creative aspects into projects and creating the visual appearance of campaigns, websites and applications in today's aesthetic values and their final impact on the user. Design is a complex field of study, which I love because of its challenge. My strengths are empathy, universal design knowledge, a good understanding of psychology, listening to others, a rational approach to work, coherent communication and an understanding of the essential aspects of teamwork. -------------- I am a person who is fully dedicated to UX and UI design. In the past, I've also done graphic design, but during my time in college, I became interested in UX design with an overlap into UI. I created my own projects spontaneously at first and gradually improved my skills. Just thinking about designing things as such has been with me all my life. It has become my passion and that's why I decided to dedicate my career to it. I base my work on the concept of User Centered Design, which I consider the most effective at the moment. I pay the most attention to the user and use my knowledge of cognitive psychology. During my work I try to understand the needs of clients and users as well as possible and I realize the importance of effective communication at all professional levels, as this is also the job of a good UX designer. I approach life with an open mind. I realize that nothing is perfect, otherwise there would be no room for improvement. My main goal is to design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing projects that improve the user experience. I believe there is always room for improvement and strive to continually develop my skills and abilities.
