This also includes preparing tax DD, review of documentation, commenting on SPA’s etc 9 Review of tax computations. 10 Compliance – ensuring clients are meeting their SAO requirements, assisting with carrying out SAO workshops etc 11 Tax enquiries – assisting Groups with UK and overseas tax enquiries. 12 Drafting tax clearances to HMRC.
