Assisted in preparing a comprehensive research training manual for young researchers. 2. Developed online workshop session content and engagement activities. 3. Conducted weekly online training sessions with young research scholars (MS/Ph.D. Students) from 6 different universities across Pakistan. Currently, I am associated with DHA Suffa University as an Assistant Professor and the Director of Career Services & Corporate Relations and previously I was a visiting faculty at the University of Karachi and other affiliated and private institutions. I have served as a Principal and an acting Project Head at an NGO, Sindh Schooling System Welfare Foundation (sister company of Akhuwat) adopted Public School Korangi. Believing in the art of Learning, De-learning, and Re-learning enables me to share my knowledge at the grass root level. I have organized summits, conferences, and a number of advanced certification courses at the University of Karachi as well. I have been involved in teaching, training; facilitating, coaching, and consulting with the intention of dramatically increase in Personality development, productivity, and performance of people. Fast-paced solutions, creative techniques, and innovative ideas coupled with my expertise in Administrative and Management capacities facilitated me as a fully dedicated and passionate individual.
