She has Chaired and served on international award juries, is sought after as a speaker and conference presenter and was an AWARD (Australian Writers and Art Directors) School lecturer. When not writing about herself in the third person, she also pens fiction, essays and art reviews while undertaking a PhD in Creative Arts. Her short fiction has been published internationally, including in 'Best Australian Stories', and was shortlisted for the Commonwealth Short Story Prize.
