My early formative years were built on working from the ground up as a graphic designer in print, screen and digital, but I always had an eye on the overall project delivery. As time progressed I found myself naturally leaning more into the overarching project planning roles, which have suited me to transition from a designer into a fully rounded project and studio manager with a bias in the creative environment. Having a broad level of experience to refer to, I understand the pitfalls associated with production and creative delivery. Having an understanding of design and methods has ensured that I am looking at a project with the eyes of a designer, but the head of a production and studio manager. I feel that this gives me a very useful perspective to get the job done. Although my initial life in the industry was on the design side, I have spent a number of years working alongside some great mentors and have naturally moved to my current studio manager role, with a 20 year background within the graphics industry. I bring a cool head to proceedings and am in my element when the pressure is on. I have never been shy to get stuck in at the production level, or tracking down some difficult to find suppliers. I am a meticulous planner and am constantly looking to improve process, technology, quality and client satisfaction.
