At the moment, our core focus is to provide analytical services for clinical research organizations and pharmaceutical companies based on machine learning of electroencephalography (EEG) time series from clinical trials. The EEG measures electrical brain activity and has the potential to give deep insights on how an experimental drug or intervention affects the brain. NBT Analytics has been audited according to ICH-GCP. Data science, machine learning, statistics, programming: I am excited about bringing more value into the vast amount of structured and unstructured data that with growing speed is accumulated in all fields. As data scientist and entrepreneur, I have strong experiences from solving challenges on multiple levels; from the hands-on programming and analysis to the discussions with customers and business partners. I have worked with multiple types of data sources both unstructured and structured (XML, SQL), signal processing using auto-regression, independent component analysis, principle component analysis, and in-house developed algorithms. I am verz interested in big data tools like Spark, Hadoop, and machine learning techniques from logistics regression to deep-learning neural networks.
