Direct report to Finance Business Partner (FBP) and as lead for Business Projects, reporting to different FBP and CFO Germany. Beside operational work in SAP ERP, responsible for implementation of Reporting Functions (ERP and BI) for Project Businesses. Main technical achievements were full Project Portfolio Reporting including Cash Management and improved SAP PS Processes, incorporating interfaces to SD, FI and CO. Finally implementing full P&L reporting by Profit Center Accounting, to split one Legal Entity into several Reporting Entities. All with high integration of operational departments.During the Upstream Merger of Schneider Electric Energy GmbH to Schneider Electric GmbH (German subsidiary of Schneider Electric Group) I joined Finance and Controlling team for Energy Projects Business. Responsible for Forecasting, Cost Controlling, Financial Reporting and Analysis, I was reporting P&L, Balance Sheet and Project Portfolio to Country and Global Department. ERP migration was part of the merger as well as the review of the Business Processes. Learnings from Bachelor Thesis, focusing on Operational Performance Controlling in Project Business, were implemented and new reports created.Being Customer Data Analyst / CRM Manager in CRM of BILD-Gruppe & Zeitschriften, made me responsible for several analysis with QlikView and Access, as well data handling in line with German Law, including data encryption. This was part of key responsibility in managing data import and export as part of campaign management. Beside daily business I worked on several small and medium-sized technical developments with data center partners, e-mail campaign management tools and SAP ERP (mainly M/SD on R/3). I was also part of a first Atlassian JIRA roll out and worked with CRM department on managing workload and tickets with Atlassian tools.As part of the telemarketing team for Axel Springers magazines of BILD-Gruppe & Zeitschriften, I was responsible for campaign concepts, management and reporting from call center agencies. Furthermore I took care of commercial actitivities as invocing, controlling and contracts.Assisting in planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online & offline) for the sport, automotive and computer magazines of BILD-Gruppe & Zeitschriften. Managing marketing campaigns, e.g. concepts and desgins from external design agencies, review and selection of possible give-aways, taking out ads and analsysis of reportings.
