With direct responsibliity for the finance and operations functions I'm also experienced and involved in overall business strategy, brand positioning, marketing, people and technology. As a company, GE have developed a suite of learning technology products focusing on learner engagement. Our LMS is regarded as one of the worlds leading Gamified Learning Management Systems. We have pioneered the Gamified learning approach within Learning Management Technology. There are too many dull learning platforms out there that technically have all of the LMS functionality you can think of - but who would want to click through a dull, tech looking site? Our solution is focused on the learners experience, ensuring they want to continue to learn through the Academy, both formally and informally. Add in all of the expected LMS functionality as well as a strong social learning functionality suite, informal learning, gamification and a cool user interface and you will see how learner engagement is front annd centre of everything we do. Our Mobile App solution is a stand alone or fully integrated native app - with a unique UX through the gamification and social features. This enables companies to deliver a mobile-first solution addressing a particular business need (e.g. onboarding, brand development, front-line staff enagagement and comms) or to drive reinforcement and refresher training at the point of need, complementing and enhancing their incumbant LMS solution. My direct experience of leading and developing teams has helped ensure that our solutions are created to be intuitive and practical as well as providing development where and when it is needed. We work with companies from many vertical markets and are always excited about the opportunities of understanding and embracing the L&D challenges and programmes they have and utilising or platforms to support them.
