My double expertise in both engineering and computer science, coupled with my research in bio-medical engineering lends me a unique inter-disciplinary vision which adapts to education and to companies and organizations which can use that perspective. Climate change is a problem that only scientists and engineers can mitigate. Though I do not think that sufficient employment openings are available for students who might read for a degree in "Climate Engineering", beginning such a program or minor is an aspiration of mine. The argument as to whether the changes are man-made or natural is an irrelevant debate -- the changes are indeed taking place now. Because students interested in this area may be few in number just now does not excuse us from making a start. Personally I have not owned a car for 20 years, and recycle all items possible.
