And then work on developing and executing a plan to bring realisation of a roadmap from one to the other using DesignThinking, Garage Methodology, Agile and Lean development. I have a very good understanding of IBM's portfolio of offerings through always continuing to keep abreast and educated on the IBM strategy and products. I was a developer for 6 years on CICS and associated development processes. This then lead to 11 years in European and global roles covering market, product and channel management. But the underlying theme of my whole time a particularly the last 20 years has been Business Transformation using Technology. I have a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science, a Diploma in Strategic Market Management and I am a Project Management Practitioner.
