He has travelled to many countries with heads of state and government. The countries include the USA, former USS (CIS), India, Sweden, UK, Japan, Germany, Asian countries Singapore, Thailand etc. In 2004 he traveled to Sri Lanka with then Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz on his visit to the Asian countries He has visited White House many times with different presidents and prime ministers. He is one of the very few journalists who covered the dialogue between President George W Bush and President Pervez Musharraf at Camp David. He also covered the famous Agra Summit between President Musharraf and Prime Minister Vajpayee. He was awarded "Tamgha-e-Imtiaz" by the President of Pakistan 2012 in recognition of his services to promote economic journalism in Pakistan.
