Working within the CP&A team helped me to accumulate a good amount of experience of attending bid-defense meetings, promoting different clinical trial services, project forecasting, data analytics, budget forecasting, kick-off meetings etc. • Prior to being in the Pre-award or Sales Team, had been working as a Clinical team leader/ Sr.Clinical Research Specialist and have an experience of leading Global Clinical Trial Projects. As a CTL have an experience in all Site & Project Management related activities including but not limited to finalizing clinical project plans, training CRAs, IP accountability, interacting with different third-party vendors (i.e. eCRF, IWRS, ICF translation etc.), report writing & approving, budget management and customer relationship management. Handled safety related tasks like preparation and distribution of project-specific forms, guidelines, and procedures, set up and maintenance of tracking systems, Review and handling of SAE Reports, collaborating with medical monitors as required.
