Identified opportunity, developed strategy, secured approval, and constructed initial digital application (MyDeliveries) allowing customers to make delivery choices and manage parcel delivery. Led the way in assimilating digital and business teams to deliver customer value. Aligned development, marketing, frontline and support teams with an integrated strategy and roadmap for MyPost business digital, incorporating targeted communications and exclusive member offers. Grew digital channel from 30M to 80M within 2 years, through CVP, capability and feature enhancement and focused user experience effort. Introduced first Customer Insight team to Australia Post. Along with propensity analysis, industry interrogation and Share of Wallet studies. Initiated and built first e-commerce website for City West Water, enabling land developers and plumbers to submit development applications online, with back-end integration.
