Achievements, Standardization in Manufacturing Documentations • Implemented Manufacturing documents to improve the process visibility of operators and the speed of process completion (Setup Sheets, Tooling Sheets, Dimension Sheets and Balloon DWG ) Process Standardization • Standardize Routing Process and procedures. Corrected all routing and BOM with specific information • Reorganized shops by moving machines into work cells, changed process manufacturing to product manufacturing by segregating parts into product families. • Introduced quick change tooling & fixture to improve setup times. • Work with tool manufacturers to optimize run times. Key Projects Managed • Build New Torque Master in Dubai : Result in making 4 to 6 machines every month and reduced the lead time for manufacturing from 12 weeks to 4-5 weeks. • Setup a strong supply chain for all make and buy items for assembling Torquemaster in Dubai without affecting the existing inventory. • Setup a new welding shop • Improvement in setup time by implementing quick change tooling and jaws in all machines • Tool Optimization Project. • Developed in-house capability for producing fishing tool parts. • Developed in-house manufacturing capability to produce Borehole enlargement parts. • Developed new Kink turning cycle for doing the Offset housing and Bent housings in one setup • Standardized CNC programming activities by implementing CAM solutions and post processors Software Knowledge • Solid Works, Featurecam & Auto desk inventor • Teamcenter • ERP Systems (JDE, EBS, Oracle Fusion & SAP) • Hubble ( Enterprise reporting solution) • Microsoft Office (Office 365 & Share point)
