Working with a diverse population of community and technical college students has helped me see the importance of meeting each client where they are in their career journey. I work with them on a range of career-readiness activities to equip them for employment when they complete their program/major. I also oversee the operations of the college’s Career Services department. My approach is to see the "big-picture" to identify and implement high-impact practices for a lean staffing model. I see the value of collaborating with faculty and various student affairs departments to plan relevant programming for students and graduates.
