Sheryl Reiss is a I am passionate about customer service and the satisfaction it gives when you are able to work with and for the customers as I did when working in the insurance industry. Helping to resolve account billing issues for the customers was challenging at times yet also rewarding, it was a part of my job that I took personally to insure our customers understood completely how premium additions/deletions to their coverage's were calculated. I have almost twenty five years of experience in the insurance industry. I have worked for several different insurance companies handling both personal and commercial lines as well as excess lines insurance. I held my agents license for twelve years while working for several different insurance agencies. I hope to one day be able to continue this customer service whether in the Insurance industry or through another venue. As helping others is a very rewarding aspect of Customer service no matter what employment industry you work in. My work experiences are not limited to just customer service in the Insurance industry, working in different agencies I also was administrative assistant to vice principals of agencies, working in many different offices has given me opportunity to learn different software programs as well. Although I am not a CPA I have had experiences with payroll A/R and A/P as well and preparing records for annual audits. Skills not only as an administrative assistant in an office setting but skills in accounting as well.
