Auditing invoices to ensure that all requirements for invoicing are met. Invoice issue resolution, Construction Invoices, Bond Invoices, Invoice entry. Responsible for 10,000,000 portfolio for SPRI Products. Provide Accounts Receivable assistance to Customer Service, Warehouse and Customers. Assist the Credit Manager in processing applications for new accounts. Perform account research and reconciliation. Collection responsibilities for short pays and customer errors. Reviewing and approving new orders for accounts with credit problems. Assistance as needed with posting, reconciling, and depositing of customer payments. Reconciliation of the Digital Media accounts.
