Reporting and Communication 11- Preparing reports for information for communication internally (finance, cash management and actuaries). 12- Preparing reports for external parties (e.g.: Reinsurance and brokerage companies). 13- Preparing reports for the Group, risk management department and top management globally if required. Learning, Self-Development and People Management 14- Ensuring continuous self-development to keep up to date with the knowledge needed for effective performance. 15- Keeping up to date and interfere with company’s standards, policies, procedures and authority limits needed for the implementation of responsibilities. 16- Assisting in the training of new claims senior assessors.
