One of my goals is to implement a hospital-based program of wellness support in which patients and their families can experience auricular (acupuncture using 5 points in the ear/auricle) acupuncture in small groups. Many patients who are receiving radiation or chemotherapy can lessen and mitigate certain gastrointestinal and other side effects of strong drugs in their bodies by this 5-Point NADA style of Chinese medicine. I welcome patients of all ages and activity levels into my practice. I am well experienced and trained by Wei Labs/Institute in their musculoskeletal, kidney and lung herbal protocols. I strongly support my patients' right to be informed and involved in their treatment decisions and am an advocate of non-opioid care for all. I am a licensed acupuncture physician in the State of Florida (US) and nationally Board Certified through NCCAOM as a Diplomate in Acupuncture. My spouse is a Doctor of Chiropractic and a BCDCN (board of chiropractic doctor of clinical nutrition) and we practice in the same office. I feel there exists a natural fit between chiropractic and acupuncture. Each manipulates energy systems in order to release blockages and promote free flows of bodily energy. Each is a distinct medicine though many view them as an adjunct to the other.
