I focus on change management, innovation, and strategic thinking in North America. From January of 2022 onward, I worked as a Content Development Associate Intern for WeLearn Learning Services. During this role, I focused on learning and development in the business world and how it can improve with the changing business world. As an employee for the Institute of Peer Mentoring, I used my skills to help aid the Student Success Center in providing resources for student mentors across campus. I constantly shared my desire to learn something new through the role of Peer Leader. The value of learning extends to many careers, and I am honored to have been a part of such a valuable program. I graduated Magna Cum Laude along with major honors from the Davidson Management Honors Program with a major in Business Administration. I have spent time developing my public speaking and creative writing skills through the university speech team and also am involved in off-campus volunteering. Through my job, education, and my extracurricular activities, I work to help change the world by utilizing my integrity, dedication, and desire to help others.
