I had thought I found the perfect profession for me in Physical Therapy. While working with patients in the nursing home I continued to realize the need for mental health services. I elected to go back to school at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I will graduate in August of 2019, and I look forward to my journey of providing the best quality care for those who require mental health services.
