Most recently, to reduce design timelines and UX variances known as 'design debt', I have reformatted our design system to make it easier to navigate and use by other team members. I currently manage and mentor a team of 7 UX designers and have been active in SAP's IxP internship program for fostering new talent for the last six years. Prior to Fieldglass, I was in marketing, managed large trade shows and customer events where I developed my ability to visualize, organize and deliver projects on time and on budget.
