My strengths include: •Developing and implementing internal project policies and procedures. •Ensuring compliance with grants and internal policies. •Selecting vendors, negotiating contracts and managing relationships. •Communicating effectively with executive, management and line staff. •Developing and collaborating new strategies and interventions, such as Project ESCAPE, e-mentoring through social networks and forensic debate to the CSI Liberty Partnerships Project.
