I look for engineers, product managers, data scientists, etc., interview them, hire them, and get them started on my teams. - Handle the day-to-day delivery of technology, including defining features, managing engineers, and coordinating releases. - Talk to clients, partners, vendors, and investors for due diligence, integrations, etc. - Lead compliance and security, usually high stakes in the Fintech space
